1. Who we are
This site is operated by +impactoIA, located at Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina, responsible for processing the personal data described in this policy.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily submit in the diagnostic form (name, organization, email, phone, role, and your answers about your clinic's operations), what you send us over WhatsApp, email or phone, and aggregated browsing data through Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. We do not collect patient data or health information through this site.
3. What we use your data for
We use your data to respond to your inquiry, generate the requested diagnostic, coordinate a demo or implementation of the AI Employees, and to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not use it to make automated decisions that would legally affect you.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on your consent (by submitting the form or accepting analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
5. Who we share your data with
We share data with the providers that help us run the site and follow up on business inquiries: n8n (automation that receives the diagnostic form), Google LLC (Google Analytics, only with your consent) and Meta/WhatsApp (if you write to us through that channel). We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers (such as Google and Meta) may process data on servers located outside Argentina. In those cases, we rely on the international transfer safeguards each provider publicly offers.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep diagnostic-form and contact data for mientras exista una relación comercial activa y hasta 24 meses después del último contacto, salvo que la normativa vigente exija un plazo distinto. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your data by writing to hola@masimpacto.com.ar. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law in Argentina.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is fully infallible; if we detect an incident affecting you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or site changes. The last update date and the current version are shown at the bottom of this page.
